I personally think Mandarin is one of the best restaurants that offer buffet in Toronto. The quality of food is good and fresh. I always go there whenever they serve crab legs! The desserts are great too, they used to serve cream brulee in ramekins, but now i think they just bake it in a big bowl and you take a scoop out of it.
