"Mr Greenjeans Restaurant & Bar" has been serving customers for over 30 years in the Toronto Eaton Centre. People would probably never notice this restaurant , it is actually located in the second floor across from "Roots". I was introduced to this restaurant by my friend, we had a lovely lunch on my first visit to this restaurant. I think it has a really unique name, I actually thought it was related to jeans in some way. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fabulous, I love sitting by the big floor to ceiling windows and under the chandelier. I've revisited many times after the first visit, they just never disappoint me every time I go. I usually go there for the lunch combos they offer which is either Pasta & Salad, Soup, Salad & Baguette, Pizza & Soup or Salad, or Broccoli & Cheddar Quiche, & Soup or Salad. For soups, you may choose soup of the day or my personal favorite, the cream of mushroom. For salad, it is either Caesar or Mixed Greens. For Pasta, the options are Chicken Alfredo or Vodka Salmon, because I prefer non-alcoholic, I've only tried the Chicken Alfredo. There are more options for the pizza, it's either the Six Cheese, Bacon/Cheese, Vegetable, or BBQ Chicken. If you're into alcohol, they do offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages such as white wines, red wines, champagne, beer, ales & lagers, vodka, whiskey, rum, tequila, martinis, and bloody caesars. I've tried the cheesecake and Cream Brulee as desserts, but it seems to be overpriced. Last but not least, they have excellent service throughout the meal. The food they offer seems to be really fresh, I love the cream of mushroom because they were made fresh, it definitely tasted better than the canned cream of mushroom.
