During lunch time you'll always see a long lineup in the restaurant

The first decision you have to make is whether you want 1) Burrito

2) Burrito Bowl


3) Crispy Tacos

4) Soft Tacos

5) Salad


6) Chips & Guac (Chips are made fresh every day, with a squeeze of real lime and kosher salt. Guacamole is made from perfectly ripe avocados, and hand mashed, up to three times a day)


Then you need to choose between 4 types of meat:
i) Chicken (Marinated overnight in their smoky, spicy chipotle pepper adobo, then grilled.)


ii) Barbacoa (Spicy, shredded beef, slowly braised for hours in a blend of chipotle pepper adobo, cumin, cloves, garlic and oregano until tender and moist.)

iii) Carnitas (Naturally raised pork seasoned with thyme, bay, juniper berries and cracked black pepper. Braised until meltingly tender.)


iv) Steak (lean steak marinated for hours in their smoky, spicy chipotle pepper adobo, then grilled to a juicy, medium-rare.)


For burritos or burrito bowls, the server will ask you if you prefer brown rice or white rice (tossed with freshly chopped cilantro, a dash of citrus juice and a little salt).


Then, you need to pick between these two types of beans: Pinto Beans(left, seasoned with bacon and several herbs and spices), Black Beans(right, seasoned with cumin, garlic and other spices）


Next, a choice of Salsa
Fresh Tomato Salsa - Chopped red, ripe sweet tomatoes, mixed with red onions, jalapeño peppers and freshly chopped cilantro
Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa - Sweet, succulent corn, blended with roasted poblano peppers, jalapeño peppers, red onions and freshly chopped cilantro. Sweet with a little heat.
Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa - A distinctive combination of tomatillos, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, red onions, freshly chopped cilantro and several spices.
Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa - puréed chiles de arbol, tomatillos and spices



And of course, a blend of jack and white cheddar cheese freshly grated from large blocks daily, which ensures a moist, creamy texture. Their cheese is made from a vegetable-based rennet.


And last, You can add Guacamole for $2 (Hand mashed, ripe Hass avocados, mixed with freshly chopped cilantro, red onions, jalapeño peppers, citrus juice, salt and selected spices)


You can also add sour cream and lettuce, but I don't remember if they will cost extra.
Voila! And this is what you'll get by the time you get to the cashier! The burrito is the size of my hand! It's Huuugeee.


They also offer Kids Combo (A taco kit of two soft or crispy taco shells and your choice of three ingredients (one meat or guacamole). Or choose from a small quesadilla with a side of rice and beans or a single taco with a side of rice. All Kid's Menu items are served with kid's chips and juice or organic milk (plain or chocolate).

I usually get my burrito with brown rice, black beans, tomato Salsa, cheese, and guacamole. It costs me around $11 after tax. I only tried the steak and chicken so far, but next time I go there I might try something new! Highly recommend you guys to try out this place!
