The bakery is right beside a Vietnam Noodle restaurant! You got the whole parking lot to park your car. 


They open pretty early, so you can always grab something from here for breakfast.

As for many chinese bakery place, if you buy six buns or more, it'll be tax-free.

You can also eat-in their cafe, but be aware that people will be walking around to get their chinese buns. There's a menu on the table, when you're ready, just tell the person working there what you want to order. You will have your meal ready within a couple minutes, they are pretty fast in serving the food. They have three kinds of egg tarts, the flaky ones, non-flaky, and the portuguese style egg tarts. $1.1, $1.0 and $1.2, respectively.
