This location is franchised, and I think it is run by a korean family.

They offer a variety of pastries and sandwiches in this location. I personally like the one located in Bayview Village instead, although they have fewer selections of pastries and sandwiches. It is not a very big cafe, tables were very close to each other. I guess it'll be nicer to go there during warmer seasons when you can sit by the patio.
